Zahara Toto was left fuming and bitter after losing to Prima Kadashi in a celebrity boxing contest at Hamz Nakivubo Stadium on Saturday, 12th September, 2026.

Many fans who turned up without knowing exactly what to expect, and others who never imagined they would enjoy the event, left satisfied that their money had been well spent after the showdown left Hamz Stadium buzzing.

The two fighters made spectacular entrances, with Prima arriving with dancers and even joining them in shaking the butt which sent the crowd into loud cheers.

Zahara Toto, on the other hand, was accompanied by the Benti Boyz, who got fans out of their seats.

Toto and Prima showed determination from the opening bell to the final round, exchanging punches throughout the contest.

There was also plenty of action, including clinching and pulling, in a contest that showed the two had more than just a sporting rivalry between them.

The pair had first exchanged insults on social media and almost came to blows during the weigh-in.

In the end, Prima, who had been written off by many, emerged victorious and celebrated wildly inside the ring.

However, Zahara Toto was not satisfied with the result, claiming she had been robbed. She insisted the scores clearly showed that she had won, further suggesting that the rivalry between the two is far from over.

Moses Muhangi, the head of boxing in the country, says this is just the beginning, with many more celebrities interested in taking part.

The boxing event was broadcast live on Sanyuka TV and MTN TV by AfroMobile, with Muhangi saying they will continue working with Next Media and MTN to organise more celebrity boxing fights.
