After a brief hiatus due to personal reasons, Black sheep has made a stunning comeback to the Nile Special National Open Pool Championship (NSNOPC) this year.

The master of theatrics is gearing up for his regional qualifier this Friday, December 12th, 2025, at Super Guest House in Busia.

Known for his jaw-dropping skills and entertaining style, Black sheep is set to put the house on fire and pool fans can’t wait to see the 2012 champion in the 2025 grand finale action at the Lugogo arena for the grand finale once again.

This weekend will see 15 venues across Uganda hosting the final qualifying rounds. Casablanca in Wandegeya, Friends Corner Mbikko, Super Guest House in Busia, where 2012 champion Alfred ‘Blacksheep’ Gumikiriza will feature and Freedom Vybes in Arua are among the key centres.

Only 45 of the 120 men’s slots remain after a series of gripping matches across the country, with qualifiers this weekend set to decide the last finalists.
