The 5th edition of MTN Amasaza cup is set to officially kick off this Sunday, July 12th at Humura church of Uganda playground in Kyegegwa as Isaza lya Kyaka take on Isaaza lya Fort Portal city in ENGABU CUP (Shield cup) as a warm up game.
Organising Committee (ACOC) chairman Nkojo Kenneth Deco has urged the Tooro community to seize the unique opportunity the tournament is providing.
“Let us use the tournament to unite through the shared passion. Let us use football as a vehicle to connect, rather than divide,” he noted.
The three-month tournament will attract participation from all the nine Toor Amasaza (counties).
