Acholi beat West Nile 1-0 in Gulu with Brian Obedo scoring the only goal of the match while Kigezi beat Bunyoro at home 3-2.
Teso beat Kampala 1-0 courtesy of Michael Siwu’s 77th minute goal, Ankole lost 2-1 at home to reigning champions Lango with captain Moses Aliro and Anrose Kigozi scoring in either half.
The final two rounds are crucial in determining the group winners and best runners-up as the race to reach the knockout stage intensifies.
