Kitara FC have agreed terms with Murushid Jjuuko. The defender who has not been in action since leaving Vipers SC in August 2024 signed a two-year deal as coach Wasswa Bbosa looks to beef up his defense with seniority.
The center back who worked with Wasswa Bbossa at Express FC in 2021 brings vast experience, having played for the Uganda Cranes, in Morocco and Tanzania.

Under the stewardship of George William Lutalo and Wasswa Bbosa, Kitara FC have embarked on a rebuilding process following a disappointing 2024/25 campaign.
The Royals have also signed midfielder Amir Kakomo, left back Sadiq Ssekyembe, goalkeeper Meddie Kibirige, center back Issa Lumu and Henry Muyomba Musisi.
Patrick Kaddu, Frank Zaga, David Ndihabwe and Jasper Aheebwa have renewed their stay for another two years while forward John Byamukama has also agreed to join the Hoima-based side.
