Following a competitive weekend of boxing, all eyes are set on the 2025 Uganda Boxing Champions League climax on Boxing Day at the Lugogo arena.
Over 30 bouts are lined up on the final night, and one of those has Aziz Ringo up against Galiwango Jonathan.
Ringo, a grandson to the late former president Idi Amin, is confident ahead of the finals that will be broadcast live on NBS Sport.
The hard-hitting boxer revealed that the title final will come with his new signature technique dubbed the ‘Ringo Push’ to finish up opponents.
“Come and witness ‘Ringo-man’ punch on boxing day. It is a punch that will put down everyone. My fans are ready to see me go back with the title belt,” he told this website.
Ringo believes that he is well prepared for the finals.
“I have prepared well and am ready to defend this title. I hope the opponent does not get scared and fails to turn up. It is gonna be bloody,” he noted.
With pride, glory, and the league title on the line, fans can expect nothing short of a thrilling night of boxing as the season ends.
The season winners will be crowned with title belts.
