Kataka FC have attributed its struggles in the Uganda premier league to hosting matches on an unfamiliar venue Bukedea Comprehensive Stadium.
The league debutants lost 4-1 defeat to Bull FC in the last game and club deputy CEO Kuchana Asuman says that playing at the venue for the first time affected the team, giving Bull FC a home-ground advantage.
He says that the club continues to push FUFA to approve Mbale Municipal City Stadium as its home venue.
They believe that playing at home in Mbale would reconnect the club with its supporters while giving local businesses a boost on match days.
